Grandeur Hair's Policy

Grandeur Hair set aside adequate time just for you, to endeavour to offer, an impressive one-on-one tailored service, to all our grand guests. To do so, we require our guests to respect our Policy's outlined below.

Online Booking

All Online Bookings require a $50 deposit to secure your appointment, which is non-refundable. Your deposit will be kept on file for you to use as a credit.


We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A reminder SMS will be sent 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment. We understand unforeseen life circumstance can occur and we are more than happy to cancel or reschedule you, to another suitable time. We will keep your deposit on your file, to be spent on your next service or home haircare.
If you cancel your booking with less than the required 24 hours notice, you will forfeit your deposit. If you continue to cancel or not show up to your appointments, a 50% booking deposit will be required prior to your next service. This can be paid through Paypal, over the phone or in the salon prior to your appointment.

Running Late

We understand life can be busy and time flies, but because we offer a personalised one-on-one service to all our grand guests; we ask you to contact us if you are running late to your appointment. This is to ensure we do not impact our next scheduled guests valued time.
